Develop and lead the digital transformation roadmap for the manufacturing organizations of the group and aligning it with business objectives and long-term goals.
Identify key areas for digitalization, such as automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and smart manufacturing
Industry 4.0 and automation - awareness of the latest trends and advancements in Indistry 4.0 and manufacturing
Technology Implementation
Change management & Cross functional collaboration

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering - Computer Science / Manufacturing / related field.
8-10 years of experience in leading digital transformation projects within the manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production monitoring system, energy monitoring system and quality monitoring system
Proficiency in data analytics, process optimization, and workflow automation.
Strong project management experience (2-3 years) skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience (2-3 years) with implementing automation solutions and robotics in manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Certification in relevant digital transformation or Industry 4.0 frameworks would be advantageous.
