  • Lead the marketing activties and devise strategies for the same


  • Lead the market research and gain valuable customer insights


  • Develop the GTM strategy by using market research data


  • Develop the brand, awareness, interest funnel: online and offline


  • To develop and implement customer referral and loyalty programmes


  • Own customer satisfaction and customer delight metrics
  • To succeed in the GTM Strategy, it is necessary to develop a suitable budget
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelors degree is necessary; an MBA in marketing from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions preferred
  • 7+ years of experience overall in the consumer marketing function (B2C), including 2 years or more in digital marketing in the FMCG, small-town retail, or e-commerce sectors
  • Strong narrative skills and outstanding Hindi and English communication abilities
  • The capacity to assemble a top-notch team through personal connections
  • An analytical nature that allows one to crunch numbers to assess campaign efficacy and return on investment; and a strong commitment to rural development
