Understanding of core concepts of privacy and experience in implementing a privacy program in a multi-jurisdictional set-upMust be aware of GDPR & other privacy laws of countries across the globe.

DPDP Understanding and should be able to manage India Privacy act as and when live

Data privacy program implementation, GDPR implementation experience

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and enable continuous compliance with data privacy requirements

Advising internal stakeholders on privacy related matters

Drafting/updating policies and procedures under the company's data privacy framework

Managing records of processing activities and conducting privacy impact assessments

Undertaking data privacy training and awareness programs

Your must be an LLB graduate with atleast 10 years of experience including a signifcant experience in Data Privacy, GDPR. CIPP/E and CIPM qualification is desirable. You must have good communication and stakeholder management skills
