Review Bad Experience, Bad developer and staff!!

We Tried to rent a place in Eminence Gardenia recently. Although the apartments are bought by independent owners, the apartment is pretty much controlled by developer nominated staff 'Smitha'. Smitha was acting as the owner of the apartment and not ready to facilitate basic amenities. She was not available to get paperwork done and at last we gave up on the rental. Smitha's nosy nature makes this place a worst one to live. Swimming pool at the top is locked and no entry for anyone. Garden gets closed at 6 PM. Many restrictions imposed by developer staff. Definitely not recommended.
