As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. To excel in this role, you need to be a persuasive salesperson with a knack for selling and identifying business opportunities.
Job Types:
Full Time, Regular/Permanent
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
6 working days (Weekend Availability)
Salary: 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA (Negotiable)

Perk:
Incentive: Up to RS. 10,000 per Month (performance based)
Work closely With the Marketing Team & Top Management.
Requirements:
Must have a two-wheeler to reach our store/factory.
Male candidates with the required skills are preferred.
Freshers or a candidate with 1 year of experience in customer service/sales or a similar role can apply.
Responsibilities
Maintain lead CRM on a daily  
Show more basis.
In-Store/ Home Visit meetings with potential customers to determine their needs.
Understand Customer's requirements and recommend products accordingly.
Demonstrate samples and products to potential customers during visits.
Follow-up with potential customers over calls on a regular basis.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Prepare & Maintain a record of order information, sending emails for order confirmation.
Sharing Order Information With Manufacturing Team.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' sales strategies.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients/customers.
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective customers.
Share clients'/customers' feedback to management to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.
Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Passionate about sales closure.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of MS Office software.
Problem-solving and listening skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English, Hindi/Kannada).
