He has travelled extensively and has been instrumental in setting up 3 wholly owned subsidiaries in Nepal, Sri Lanka and Cambodia. He has served as CEO for several companies manufacturing Distribution and Power transformers , Isolation Transformers, Battery charger.

As a marketing head of various companies, he has intensive knowledge and contacts in domains of Power and Energy, Industry, Railways, Defence, Telecom.

Siva Prasad - The Chief Operating Officer at HEPC is a masters in business administration with over 22 years of experience. The head of the global strategic sourcing team of HBL he has got a very intricate knowledge of European, North American , Chinese & Asian markets and has been successful in synergising raw material , components and finished product to match Indian market requirements and vice versa.
