Bloomsvilla took an advance payment for my order of 10 multicoloured carnations in a square vase to be delivered on 17th May for a very special birthday occassion and failed to deliver the same. The next day when I asked for a refund, they rushed and sent a drooping and sad looking gerberas bouquet and had the austerity to claim that they have delivered smiles to us. They have actually caused mental agony and monetory loss to us. As customers we must support each other aginst such frauds so that no other innocent customer gets cheated. Hence let us all boycott bloomsvilla and teach them a lesson for such petty, cheap and fraudulent act.
