Totally unprofessional and a real scam
Avoid Optically.ae I have an extremely bad experience with them. They delivered the wrong prescription, they acknowledged the mistake, and they said that they were going to deliver the correct ones, but after a while they never replied back, ignored me, and didn't refund me or send the right ones..
