Rakiro was conceived in the year 1993, with a group of technocrats with collective experience of 60 or so. Their vision was to create a company, which would provide solutions to make life easy and simple. They began the journey in small flat of 500 sq feet, with the state of the art product BACTASLYDE, a microbiological testing device which made microbiological testing extremely easy & simple. Microbiology is the domain of the white coated trained Microbiologist for whom testing entails a full-fledged laboratory & tedious time consuming techniques. BACTASLYDE gives freedom from the confines of a laboratory, tedious time consuming techniques & trained manpower. The range of BACTASLYDE first introduced were BS 101, BS 102, BS 103. After a lot of R & D different type of product in the BACTASLYDE basket was introduced viz. the SRB testing System.
