Paladin’s strength is in developing novel, innovative, speciality, green technology, cost effective resins & diluents. Mr. Nadkarni was 1st Technical Director of Asian Paints in 1950’s. He is the first person who started manufacturing alkyd resins in India. From the year 1960-1994, Mr. Nadkarni was main share holder & Technical Director of M/s. Bombay Paints Ltd. which was in collaboration with M/s. Hempel Marine Paints of Denmark. In this period, Mr. Nadkarni developed various protective & marine paints formulations to suit the specific end use.
