Gautam Sales Corp - Jalandhar

We are NRI and were in India for constrution of our new home. On 12 January we gone to gautam sales Corp. office to Order Doors and windows for our home. We wanted our order ready till 22 jan because on 27 jan I had to return to Europe, We agreed for cash on delivery on 22 Jan and installation of all door and windows included in price..

Our order was not ready till 25 Jan and when called they didn't answered our call. On 26 Jan he called us and asked us to come to his so called office for payment. When asked about our deal about cash on delivery he refused. We were forced to go to his office in jalandhar from sultanpur lodhi on 27 Jan morning..

He was so rude and when asked us which type of wood they used to make door, he got angry and behaved as very unprofessionally. We had discussion for over 15 min.

He completely refused what we agreed when making deal.

NEVER GO TO DEALER AGAIN AND I RECCOMAND EVERYONE TO AVOID THEM.

last thing, They don't pay income Tax. Order worth over 1 lakh and bill that he gave us was of just ******** rupees.
