We have gained expertise in providing our clients with Stone Edge Cutting Machines that is available with the trolley size of 8’ x 3’ and 7’ x 3’. Meeting with international quality norms & standards, all our products are manufactured using premium raw material.
Other Information:
• All casting of vertical column, horizontal slide and trolley table are heavy duty, close grain, high strength seasoned gray iron castings
• Spindle axis can be adjusted parallel to the machined trolley table surface with angular adjustment system
• Blade Spindle is made from high tensile alloyed steel
• Spindle is ground precisely on bearing mounting and sealing areas
• Vertical & Horizontal adjustment is possible with screw and nut arrangement, to accommodate different blade size and stone size
• Spindle is mounted on swiveling slide. Swiveling slide is fitted on horizontal accurately machined ways
• Complete assembly is sliding on vertical column
• After adjustment each slide is locked with bolt and nut to make solid assembly
• This gives vibration free and efficient fine edge cutting and also long life to blade
• Spindle runs on precision roller bearings; which are housed in precision bores of Spindle Housing
• The oil seals are fitted to keep the lubrication away from water mixing
• The cutting spindle is rotated by V Belts and motor
• Motor is mounted on slotted base. So adjustment of belt tension is easy
• Blade is clamped between two accurate flanges
• Blade guard is made from thick sheet metal
• Cooling water flow controlling valve is fitted on the blade guard
• The table trolley has completely machined surface and T-Slots
• T-Slots used for clamping the stone slab while
