Continuous Type Waste Processing System

We are offering Continuous Type Waste Processing System that is designed to process waste from 1000 Kgs per day and above. Saveco 500 has a capacity of continuously treating 500 Kg/ Hour of segregated waste. The waste is fed into the crusher portion situated at the top that is mixed with saw dust and compost culture to get raw compost as the product. This is then taken to curing pits of appropriate sizes for curing the same for 12 to 16 days. The contents of the pit are turned every day with the help of air blowers or compressed air and with shovels. The cured mass is further screened with rotary screens to get the final product. The oversize material from screening is recycled back to mixer as dry matter.
