The Micro controller based small kits / assembled PCBs are produced on a mass scale. The in-house stages followed for that are as follows:
Understanding the requirements of our customers and designing small prototypes first and getting the go-ahead from our customers
We do the PCB designing, layout printing then the PCB manufacturing.
For the Bare board PCBs we do the component assembly, wave soldering and also SMD assembly by using refold. We are also into programming of micro controller, software development, IC testing, assembly of programmed ICs and testing of PCB.
We also develop Plastic cabinate, metal cabinate, boxes, and molded plastic cases according to pre-designed looks of the equipments.
