100 hour Yoga Teacher Training

The AYM's 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) is aimed at producing skilled and motivating yoga teachers that are proficient in the ancient practices of yoga sutras and can impart this knowledge to their students. The yoga teacher training curriculum is based on the five pillars of this art, which can be understood as the practical application of the traditional paths of yoga. A rigorous daily schedule includes two meditation sessions, two yoga classes followed by lectures, teaching practices, and workshops. AYM Yoga Teacher Training aims to offer you an in-depth understanding of the art of teaching yoga and clarify each query or confusion that may arise during a class. Students of the AYM's program get the opportunity to practice and learn the teachings of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Vinyasa, their differences, postures, and reasoning behind each pose.
