The powder filling machine is used to fill the containers with the content that is crushed in the powder form. Automatic powder filling machine is a highly efficient machine and performs quick operation without requiring more workforce. It is more suitable for round glass vials having a maximum speed of 120 vials per minute. The machine has a filling accuracy of +/- 1%, depending on powder at controlled humidity below 30% Rh. There is also a provision of rubber stoppering machine in the automatic powder filling machine that makes sure that there is no spillage of powders once it is filled in the container.
