Peppercorns where once termed black gold and served as a form of commodity money for centuries. Being a common ingredient to Indian cuisines, we have a great love towards it's aroma and flavor. We at Wayanad Spice Valley hand pick drupes from our organic farmlands at Wayanad, where pepper cultivation have been going on since decades. Unripe pepper is dried in sunlight for a week, washed in fresh water to remove dirt and then again dried.The processed Malabar pepper is stored in airtight bags at our warehouse.
