Increasing the sawing speed provides the marble producer with an appreciable benefit resulting from reductions in energy and water consumption and operator costs. To increase the wire sawing speed, Optima is working on the optimum combination of the best performing diamonds and the most suitable metallic bonds for a material type.
We have produced more than 25 million wire saw pearls for practically all types of marble in India & overseas , ranging from soft , non-abrasive to very hard, high quartz marble.
We can offer wire saw beads in 12mm, 11.5mm or 11mm diameter having inner diameter of 5.2mm (suitable for 4.8/4.9mm inner wires).
