About the product
Our briquettes are quality product having solid, firm formation with minimal cracks, minimum moisture and minimum impurities like sand, clay etc. It can give CV from 3700+ KCal/Kg. We currently manufacture 90mm briquettes with production capacity 3000 Ton per month. We use groundnut shells as base material and minor proportions of sawdust or other biomass for briquetting. We add other biomass in this minor proportion to make briquette bonding firm and to increase density so that briquette remains intact/don’t break during transportation. Sawdust also increases CV of briquettes and due to higher density, the burn time and effective calories can be better utilized. Our raw material is pure and free from clay/sand etc. impurities; which not only increase weight but also form clinkers in the boiler/furnace.
