Mysis shrimp are becoming increasingly popular in the aquaria industry. Freeze-dried Mysis, has excellent fatty acid profile, makes an excellent food item for marine fish, lobsters. Shrimp Mysis are quickly freeze-dried to preserve nutritional value. Mysis contain relatively high levels of fatty acids and significant levels of highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA's). Typical analysis: Protein, 48%; Fat, 30%; Ash, 8%; Moisture, 9%. Available in convenient 2 oz., 8 oz., and for hefty eaters, 1 kg. packaging.
