Engineer

• Supporting Engineers and Senior Engineers in day to day operation.
• Supervise and ensure safety of vessel maintenance and repair works.
• Leading a team of Technician to perform repair and maintenance onboard ships.
• Day to day work supervision of the First Engineer.
• Day shift/ Night shift and duty standby.
• Day to day check Main Engine, Generator, Boiler, Fresh water Generator, Purifier.
• Supporting Engineers and Senior Engineers in day to day operation.
• Hands on work in rectification of defects and maintenance of mechanical components.

• Technical support for CCTV, PABX, PA System and Fire Alarm System to deal with customer
• Attend to sales enquiries, pre-tender site visits and consultations, source for materials and prepare tender documents
• Provide aftersales service and respond to customers complaints
• Follow-up with customers on incoming enquiries to ascertain exact requirements and if requirements are conducive to customers objectives
• Prepare and present quotations and presentations to customers
• Promote and sales of our company services
• Reporting works of the daily progress & preparing the documents of daily working activities

• Oversaw production and maintenance operations of Welding Machines, X beams, I beams, and Hollow Pipe Machines
• Prepared job lists, work schedules, and facilities, collaborating closely with machinery team members and production support teams
• Assigned maintenance tasks and collaborated with engineering staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations
• Installed and troubleshooted urgent concerns related to mechanical equipment such as blower fan motors, Welding machines, Hollow Pipe Machines, and Compress machines
• Monitored and repaired all mechanical equipment, parts, and machines
• Ensured quality control during production, making necessary adjustments to production lines
• Conducted regular maintenance of equipment and machinery at the workshop, performing repairs and servicing as required
• Assisted fitters with repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring proper storage and organization of tools in the store and workshop
