Review Unacceptable Membership rules - Complaint

I am a member of Prestige vacations for the past 3 years and have got a membership card which I paid around ******** and I have not used it because of unacceptable rules of Prestige. But it is not worth as there is only one benefit which is price and to it does not make a huge difference when booking without the membership card.

You guys say that you offer complementary breakfast which is not true because even if I go to any hotel without having this membership card from Prestige they still offer complementary breakfast. It is just a waste of becoming a member of Prestige vacations and also waste of money spent.
