SIMRUN TUBE CLEANING SYSTEM Description of the system : The system is quite simple, safe, cost effective and easy to use. It consists of firing especially designed High Density Flexible Foam Bullets ( about 25% higher diameter than tube ID) along the tubing with the help of launcher & compressed air (5-7 Kg/cms2 pressure). The system contains components like Flexible Foam Bullet Launcher, Adapters & High Density Flexible Foam Bullets. The down time is reduced dramatically. Simply open both ends of tube, select proper adapter & flexible bullet and fire with the help of Launcher and compressed air. Once inside, the flexible bullet expand hard against the interior surface, pushing dirt, rust, fluid, sludge and product build-up through the tube, expelling it all at the other end. BORG ANTI SKID PLATFORMS We observed that many engineering companies have wooden platforms by the side of machines on the shop floor and assembly line. These wooden platforms tend to become slippery due to spillage of Oil / Grease / Coolant etc. They also loose their strength over a period. The operators are at great risk while working on high-speed machines standing on such wooden planks. DYNAMIC CORROSION MONITORING EQUIPMENT Material Performance Testing in Laboratory under field condition. 4. SIMVAC LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM 1. Leak test for critical welding of bottom plate in big storage tanks can be done using SIMVAC Leak Detection Test. SIMVAC test is done using a vacuum box with a sight glass and the leak can be observed visually. 2. SIMVAC Leak Detection Test is a quick, simple and unique method to ensure the welding integrity of bottom plate. 3. The method is reproducible and can be used during installation, commissioning and annual maintenance shut down of tank farms. 5. GROUND WATER ARSENINC TREATMENT PLANT Recently, we have designed, manufactured & commissioned 5 plants of 1.5 ltrs per minute for Ground Water Arsenic Treatment based on microbial oxidation of arsenic followed by adsorption of oxidized arsenic, filteration and UV sterilization. The laboratory technology developed by Agharkar Research Institute was used. These plants were successfully tested in the newly formed tribal state of Chattisgarh in India.
