Review of Ogma IT Conceptions (pvt.) Ltd

I am writing this review to inform people considering hiring this company to know what you are getting into up front.

This company promised delivery of a project in 20 days and a year later we are out thousands of dollars and they have not delivered a working solution as promised despite the many deadline extensions we gave them.

Further, this company is committing fraud in the United States by advertising they have an established legal presence here to to business in the hopes to legitimize themselves as a US based company but they do not as of the writing of this review.

Additionally, the project manager Alok promised to provide weekly status updates on the project that would be consistent for any SDLC project and failed to do so. We begged him for these reports and he refused. We then asked them to get on conference calls and they said they would but when it came down to it they would not join because they didn't have a working US phone number. They did not tell us that in advance so other arrangements could be made.

Whilst this project was grossly overdue and not close to being finished, Alok had the nerve to beg us to leave him positive reviews so they could get more business which we refused to do because they have not delivered any working functionality.

When we became frustrated about the delays, Alok and his team would request us to spend more money, give time extensions, and also purchase software so they could attempt to stall or figure out things they promised but could not deliver.

If I could leave negative or blank stars I certainly would.

I would caution anyone from engaging with this company as they are not good for their word and will disappear with your money.

Also, if you look at all the review here any with 5 stars are fake and employees or friends of Ogma. The only real reviews are from myself and other clients who were scammed.
