Voltage and Frequency
Supply volts 415 +- 5% 3 phase 50 Hz. +- 3% (on customer request we are also able supply motor in 220, 380, 460, 525 volts on HZ. 50 or 60 Also)
Insulation
Motor supply with class F insulation as standard feature. Also supply H on request of customer at extra cost.
Rotor shaft
The braking action is obtained without axial sliding of shaft and provides equal braking torque in both directions of rotations. Rotor is positive locking with Shaft key joint so that cannot move on high Full lord torque. Shafts are made by En-8 or En-9 material in sp. Case we can made shaft with En-24 material.

Fail safe Braking
The motor brake in case of power supply failure ensuring further to a precise stop and quick braking action, the security of sudden inter venations in case of an unintentional power supply failure (i.e. power supply black-out, equipment failure.) These brake calls fail safe brake. Motor available in a. c. motor with a.c brake & a.c. motor with D.c. brake. This brake motor is normally off type brake.
Electromagnetic clutch brake
We can also supply electromagnetic clutch brake on customer request (This brake is not failsafe).this brake is normally off type brake. for Textile application. This brake is Operation By power supply D.C.
Application
Brake Motor is for various applications requiring almost instant stopping of drive lord. Brake motor is especially suitable to be used with Lifting Machinery, Textile Machinery, Geared motor, Cable Reeling Drums, Rolling Mills, Machine tools Ect. Basically brake motor combination of an AC induction motor and a disc type, fail safe Electromagnetic brake unit.
