- Setup sales function from scratch and kick start employer on-boarding
- Hire and train sales manager to scale the business

- Scale the revenue and growth for the organisation
- Need hunters and people who have set up hunting(sales) teams (high on energy, negotiators, strategic alliances - out and out sales profile)
- Enterprise solutions/Saas and technical sales
- Ideal balance of inside sales and field sales (a blend of both over the career progression)
- Level of engagement should be with higher stakeholders like CEO, CTO, CXO etc.
Experience: 10+ years of total experience
Education: Tier-1 is a plus but not mandatory
