Position SummaryWe are seeking for a high performing Sales manager with Min 15Yrs of exp in Auto AncillaryIndustry and excellent track record in New Business acquisition. He will be responsible todeliver profitable sales growth for designated plants within India, strengthen relationshipwith all Key Automotive clients and Maximise sales team potential Job Description• Identify potential New business opportunities with Automotive OEM and obtain RFI/ RFQ for existing and New product portfolio• Evolve comprehensive Customer and Pricing strategy to improve contributionmargin and profitability• Support all Customer requirements by liaising with Plant teams and ensure timelyresolution of all open issues.• Conduct / participate in Technology day at Automotive OEM premises to promoteadvanced product technology and explore potential opportunity to collaborate infuture• Global co-ordination with Key account managers on customer account / Key topicswherever required• Work closely with Program Mgmt team for flawless launch of all New programs• MIS - Prepare Monthly / Full year Sales forecast, Sales variance and monitor marketrelated risks & opportunities on monthly basis.• Generate 5 years Long range Growth plan for respective customer accounts /designated plant and push for accelerated growth• Receivables Management - Ensure on-time payment collection from customer andsupport to resolve any issues related to credit outstanding.• Market Intelligence – Obtain market news related to Automotive OEMs , Industrytrend and competitor activity. Articulate them as a Quarterly report to Management• Assure compliance with commercial policies including contract review Desired Profile• Experience in business development profile in Tier 1 Auto Ancillary Industry• Must possess Good Leadership Traits and be a strategic thinker• High Energy Levels, Self-Motivated person and adherence to Ethical values.• Excellent communication skills and fluency in languages –English, Hindi • Good working knowledge of MS office Tools (Excel, Power point and Word) Experience• Min 15 Years of experience, preferably in Indian Tier 1 Auto ancillary industry Industry Type• Tier 1 Auto Ancillary IndustryFunctional Area• Sales - B2B. Education• BE. / B.Tech from reputed Engineering College and preferably with Post Graduationin Marketing Management. Language• Good English speaking, writing and presentation skills• Hindi is Must.
