Our client is in the top facility management companies in India & overseas. They have a strong presence with great established brands. They are looking for someone who can contribute to the strategic sales team for Mumbai/Bangalore region.


Reporting to the Chief Global Strategy Officer , you will :

  • Manage end to end sales function i.e. presentations, RFP & Bidding handling, Commercial preparation, Client meetings & follow up
  • Accelerate growth in sales through effective business development & be accountable to deliver 18 crs of annual target individually
  • Drive standardized processes individually - cost sheet, RFP management, approval, contract management, CRM Management agreement, Pipedrive management & Ariba portal functioning
  • Create plans for targeting the upcoming prospective industries
  • Ability to create business solutions to pitch to clients encompassing all the solutions that the company offer

An eligible candidate must have :

Experience : Minimum 9 years

Pedigree : BA/B.Tec/ BCom/B. Sc & MBA preferred

Industry : Facility management

Soft Skills : self- disciplined, excellent communication skills, relationship building
