Our client is an Indian NBFC

As the Head collections analytics, you will -

• Provide data driven solutions to improve collections strategy
• Create and Monitor MIS to ensure portfolio health
• Lead collections Analytics team
• Manage a team of 10 + members
• Areas of work - collections analytics, loss estimation, recovery models, strategy for improvement
• Design Predictive Models for Pre-delq and post Delq pools
• Work on Collection Strategy Design & Monitoring
• Work on Recovery Models

As a successful candidate, you should have -

• 12-18 years of related experience
• MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics etc.
• BTech or bachelor's in Computer science or any other stream
• 8 years work experience in the BFSI domain, preferably risk analytics or collections team
• Strong analytical acumen and willingness to learn
• Team managemnet experience
• Working knowledge of Excel /SAS/R/Python
