As Principal, you would report to Regional Director. Your key responsibilities would be -

• Network with clients & potential clients to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives, as well as hiring needs
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships
• Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)
• Carry out a targeted research strategy
• Research into clients company and competitors
• Map role criteria, define job description and role specifications
• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
• Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process

We are looking for candidates with 8-15 years of experience in executive search or leading industry professionals keen on exploring this role. This opportunity will be based out of Mumbai.
