Our client is a prominent name within building materials, with a portfolio of products across various segments, to cater to builders, developers, retail consumers, etc.
* Create a marketing plan for the company that will support the company's long-term aspirations; Set high-level targets/KPIs for the marketing department in line with overall business plan
* Develop branding and marketing campaign strategies that align with company's overall strategy and fit with customer's profiles
* Refine brand imagery and messages
* Outline marketing channels (including digital) for activities - to maximize RoI on marketing spend
* Conduct external events (e.g., conferences, exhibitions, demos) and online, print, and digital content (e.g., product presentations)
* Support the sales teams with brand presence at point of sale, design campaigns for customers and influencers
* Oversee marketing campaign development to ensure all marketing campaigns are consistent in terms of content and tone of voices across different markets
* Measure success of marketing campaign on critical metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rate); revise marketing campaign content and strategies as appropriate
* Develop and maintain good relationships with third party suppliers such as advertising agencies, standalone marketing platforms, market research firms etc.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand local business and market environment to appropriately adjust marketing strategies
* Create and mentor team - brand marketing, sales promotion, digital marketing etc.
* MBA/PG in Marketing
* 15+ years of marketing experience
* Preference for those with at least 8 years of experience in Real Estate/ Building Materials space
* Good understanding of channels - digital, offline activation, PR etc.
* Well-versed with key marketing metrics to track performance (ROI, conversion rate, share of voice, brand recall, etc.)
