Client is a leading growth capital private equity firm focusing on the mid-market segment in India.
Fund-raising:
* Creation of fund-raising strategy and go-to-market by working closely with the GPs
* Develop a pipeline of potential LPs, prepare a gameplan for outreach, engagement, and onboarding for each set of investors; continuously research and add to the pipeline
* Attend various events and conferences to build relevant relationships in the ecosystem including HNIs, Family offices, PEs, VCs and Government bodies
* Manage relationships with distributors to ensure a smooth onboarding of investors
* Managing the legal documentations with the LPs and managing data-room/ queries on due-diligence
Investor Engagement:
* Lead the work, in collaboration with internal teams, for preparation of the fund's placement memorandum, factsheets, investor pitch presentations, annual/quarterly reports, and general PR for the fundraising, new deals, or portfolio company milestones
* Effectively communicate with the LPs - sending regular quarterly reports and other communications, managing any investor queries seamlessly in a timely manner
* Maintain a CRM with investor engagement for future reference
* Lead the planning and execution of the annual investor conference to host 100+ domestic and international LPs
