Our client is a Indian Fintech

As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will -

• Gather business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
• Executes the roadmap and strategic vision for BI as agreed upon with the management.
• Establish processes to meet the requirements of the strategic vision for BI including methodologies & practices.
• Assess market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
• Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.
• Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
• Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations.
• Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by CXOs and stakeholders.
• Determine annual requirements for Software, Licensing, Training, Renewals, Maintenance, Staffing, and Projects
• Provide extensive knowledge and expertise in the practices of BI Analytics, Enterprise Integration, Data Governance
• Ensure solutions provided perform, highly available, robust, efficient, and are effective.
• Identify and align everyone within the organisation who creates BI, data, or analytical solutions of any kind with the BI Center of Excellence.
• Will be in charge of gathering requirements and developing applications, and some of the analytical applications, specifically those that are complex or cross-functional and require corporate expertise to develop
• Should use a collaborative approach to define and implement BI standards
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

As a successful candidate, you should have -

• 9 to 13 years of relevant work experience
• Should have experience in building and working with data engineers and data scientists
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, R, Python and other programming skills.
• Experience with Reporting/BI tools and working with external agencies.
• Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative & qualitative approaches
• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analysis. Work closely with Product Managers, and stakeholders to drive business improvements through data-driven decisions.
