Job vacancy Director - Automotive

The client is one of the biggest consulting players globally. They work with clients across industries and help them solve business transformation issues, identify white spaces in the market and provide growth strategies to them.

• The individual will work closely with clients in the automotive space and focus on business strategy aspects
• Business Development will be a key component of the role
• Working closely with C-Suite stakeholders and functional heads
• Develop a team and build their capability to ensure quality project delivery
• Work on and lead multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes

• The successful candidate will be an MBA with atleast 10 years of experience
• S/he could have a mix of industry and front-end consulting experience but should have atleast worked on consulting assignments for atleast 5 years
• The candidate should have an extensive experience in business development. S/he should have an experience of working with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
• S/he should have an experience of managing teams and developing them to work together effectively.
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• The candidate should have an experience in working on multiple projects and be an effective multi-tasker
