Job vacancy Director Treasury & Debt Fundraising- Renewables, Mumbai

Our client is a leading MNC in the Renewable space and is currently looking for someone to lead their Capital Markets and Treasury business for India.

Responsibilities:
* Lead relationship with various external stakeholders- Banks, Financial Institutions, Credit rating agencies
* Innovative financing for various growth projects, including access to capital markets apart from loan markets
* Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained across various SPVs
* Closely work with internal teams (accounts, tax, legal, secretarial) in managing fund flows across assets
* Ensure optimized financing across the existing portfolio of assets (leverage ratio, tenor, interest cost, covenants etc)
* Monitoring of financial covenants, ratings, IRRs and valuations
* Implement CMS - Host to host across SPVs
* Close coordination with global offices for financing, hedging and overall liquidity & risk management
* Being current with market on hedging products and NFB products
* Manage capital calls between funds team, global offices and India
* Efficient cash management for surplus funds
* Manage all aspects of compliances under FDI, ECB, and SEBI for investments and funds infusion.
* To optimize cash repatriation and distribution to promoter entities.
* Provide technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• CA/MBA with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience
• Industry background- Renewables preferred- open to Power/Capital intensive companies
