- Formulate and execute the CRM strategy to drive retention, engagement, and loyalty with the brand
- Develop consumer segmentation plans and campaigns that will help achieve the CRM objectives defined
- Support the building of 'One Consumer' roadmap, define a consolidated digital ecosystem with an integrated CRM strategy build across our Assets and platforms both offline + online
- Provide a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business
- Responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel consumer relationship and the development of programs
- Lead and develop CRM platforms to leverage CRM activation's and business needs
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate would have the following experience
- MBA from a reputed institute with 5-8 Years of Experience
- Experience in CRM, CLM, Loyalty Programs or Consumer Data Analytics
- Experience in working with cross functional stakeholders
- Good communication skills
