Job vacancy Taxation Head - Manufacturing | 10-12 Years | Mumbai

Our client is a global MNC in the building materials industry. They are looking for a Taxation Head to primarily focus on direct & international taxation.

As Taxation Head, you will report to India Finance Head. Your key responsibilities would be -

* Implementation of tax planning projects
* Management of the organization's tax liabilities and ascertain that finances are accurately reported
* Monitor company's transfer pricing policies
* Manage External tax consultants and advisors
* Liaise with companies within the group on tax matters related to integrated transactions
* Monitor legislative changes in tax laws that may impact company's tax positions, including tax accounting implications

Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of post qualification experience. Minimum 4 years of recent manufacturing experience and profiles heavier on direct taxation will be preferred.
