The sessions are very nice and effective.
The best decision was going to Siddhi Yoga Dharamsala. From the teachers to the people working in the kitchen and reception and cleaners they all make you feel like you are at home. They take care of you like one of their families. The teachers know what they are doing and will help you in everything you need. And, when it comes to Yoga, they are very professional and trained. They can fresh your whole body within little time.
