Sri Sankrithi - Madurai

SriSanskrithi was founded by D. Ramy Dineshkumar in the year 2015 in K.K.Nagar, Madurai. SriSanskrithi is registered as a trust with the aim to promote the classical Indian dance forms of Bharathanatyam, music, keyboard and veena. This school has adopted Valluvur style of Bharatanatyam, along with which the students are taught physical activities like yoga for effective learning of the art. The SriSanskrithi is well-known for spotting young talents and nurturing them into talented performing artistes. At present good number of students have been undergoing training here. Only a nominal fee is charged for the classes. The classes are conducted by the Guru and other well-trained teachers. The teachers of SriSanskrithi take absolute care to ensure that the training period in this institute is an experience of learning the art with joy. The students are taught the nuances of the art before they are graduated. SriSanskrithi has a well-equipped library. Besides books of eminent authors, audio and video recordings are also available for references. Here we create new spaces for the artist of today. With renewed fervor, we have attempted to push the frontiers of classical art and to reach out to new and especially young audiences. We believe that any of the art must be linked to life and artistes must use their unique position in society to make a difference to life and living.
