Last month I attended the yoga teachers training course at Suddha Anand Yogshala. The encouraging teachers at Suddha Anand Yogshala are very caring and I feel more active, alert and rejuvenated after completing my course under their guidance. I am happy to have learnt the proper art of living a healthy life. I would like to thank all the teachers for their valuable time and knowledge.
