Received products as per description and good quality, good support and guidance, quite cheap rates.

I ordered many dresses from shruti creation and it was as expected .the dresses are of good quality at perfect price and i love it.

Shruti creation is bakwaas, unprofessional, cheat & annoying.. Never waste time & money with these people.. They will ask you to deposit the money asap & will keep giving reasons like product out of stock, late delivery by manufacturer etc.. The dispatch of the ordered dress will be after 15days & you receive it after 20 days... Very bad service... Will never order from such cheat people.. The staff is not at all helpful & give false answers when asked about the dispatch & delivery.

They send you totally different color dress(on brighter side)
They have replicas and you will have to wait for atleast 7 days for ur order..
They dnt accept returns,no exchange..

Poor service...business will not run like this.

U will be cheated time and again.

the dress which was in the pictures and the dress which I received was different. very bad service

Be careful of the stuff they send which is defective and then no refund. Staff is horrible
