Bindu Packaged Drinking Water - Puttur

In 1987, Mr Sathya Shankar started his journey of being a businessman by establishing an automobile spare parts shop in Puttur in December 1987. He sensed business feasibility and expanded his business horizons by moving into auto finances by setting up Praveen Capital in 1994.


He tried his hand in the manufacturing industry with the launch of a packaged drinking water brand - Bindu Mineral Water that led to the establishment of SG Corporates. This opened his avenues in the vertical. Today, it is home to many beverage brands. In 2002, its flagship brand - Bindu Fizz Jeera Masala - drink was launched.


It didn’t stop there. He tried his tryst with organic farming to fruit processing to packaged food products through Megha Fruit Processing Pvt Ltd. In all this, SG group is united by the single cause to provide the taste of happiness to the customers.
