The concrete platform/deck is casted at site. After the curing of the RCC, shuttering is removed and the load cells are aligned and fitted under the platform/deck. Concrete platform/deck weighbridges can be surface mounted or pit mounted. According to the length of the platform 4,6, or 8 loadcells are fitted under the platform.
