For making mehndi design, you just need to cut the edge of cone with a scissor and then let out some paste intially. And then you can rub little amount of henna oil on that part of skin on which you want to make tattoo and then start making design using mehndi cone. Our mehndi cone is famously used to make arabic henna designs and also bridal mehndi designs.
